✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling ✨ I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late cancellation (within 48 hours) will be noted with no fee. • Any late cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • Cancellations or reschedules made same day of the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service, will be treated as no-show. ✨ No-Shows ✨ Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments. ✨ Late Arrivals ✨ Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling and will be subject to the cancellation fee. If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, services may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. ✨ Deposits ✨ Certain services, including extensions and longer color appointments, may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Booking Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable upon booking. ✨ Emergencies ✨ I understand that emergencies happen.
